Hi! I have an Mid 2012 MacBook Pro 15" 2.6 Ghz i7 with NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1GB. I want to upgrade the graphics card. Is that possible?

Mac laptops have got their GPU soldered to the logic board, making the process to replace the GPU impossible. Anyway, the NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M is a quite good GPU for most users.
For me to play a game on my MacBook Pro i need to have this:
NVIDIA GeForce series:
7300, 7600, 8600, 8800, 9400M, 9600M GT, GT 120, GT 130
ATI Radeon™ series:
X1600, X1900, 2400, 2600, 3870, 4850, 4870
Is there any way i can replace the graphics card?

The GPU of your MacBook Pro is much better than the ones you have listed. You should be able to play to the game without any problem.
I recently had issues with a game because the system was trying to use the "integrated" graphics instead of the "discrete" graphics. Meaning, it was using the gpu built into the CPU instead of the separate Nvidia chip. By installing this: https://gfx.io/, and setting to "Discrete Only", I have been able to ensure my games are using the Nvidia Card. I hope this helps someone!
