I am a songwriter needing to email a newly-written song (via video on my iPad) to my desktop computer, which is Windows Vista. I am using a new iPad Air 64. My iPad will only allow me to email a small section of the video. How do I send the entire three-minute video to myself, or anyone else? Thank you for any help!

You don't, not via e-mail. Most mails max out at 20-25 megs, and your 3 minute video is probably a couple hundred megs. I'd look into a service like dropbox, where you can upload your video to a server then download it to your computer.
