I used 1234 as recommended by another user. I didn’t recall ever setting a PIN for restrictions and now it seems it was set during an up date. I would suggest before resetting phone try the default 1234. Work for me

If this an issue of forgetting the passcode u set, this is all you will need. Back up before running the scan.
