I used 1234 as recommended by another user. I didn’t recall ever setting a PIN for restrictions and now it seems it was set during an up date. I would suggest before resetting phone try the default 1234. Work for me

I have forgotten my restriction password how can i reset it
Restore to a backup if it wasn't on the device when the backup was taken, otherwise reset the device back to factory defaults.
But how do i reset my restriction password code that is the 4 digit one and how do i go to factory defaults on my ipad
