Is there a way to synch "Reminders" with my PC at work ?

I think this is a great app, i synch updates on reminders lists on IPad / IPhone ... but is there a way or something to install on my PC to view/update/synch "Reminders" also ?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.2

If you use an Exchange server at work, you can sync reminders to the Exchange server over the air. Contact your IT department if you need help.
