3. If that is refused, contact Amazon's fraud department and report the seller.

4. Contact local law enforcement and turn in the device. Because if the seller refuses to comply, it is almost definitely stolen.

5. Learn from your mistake and purchase your next iPhone directly from an authorized retailer, or make sure that the second hand device you are purchasing has been properly restored to factory settings.
