Mail Rules do not work
I have been trying to create mail rules to delete spam email with little to no success. Has anyone out there figured out a way to apply a rule to spam email?

My issue is not with learning how to create rules or receiving spam, but the fact that I can not apply mail rules to messages received as spam. I need to receive all of my email (spam or not) due to false positives from the spam filter. I then need to apply rules to false negatives and positives. Please let me know what I can do to get mail rules to work correctly.
