I want my emails to delete to on my phone when I delete them on my home computer

If I delete emails on my Iphone 5S I want them to also delete on my home computer as well

AND VISA VERSA (Home computer to phone)

They use to delete each way but I just upgraded and now it's not the same.

I also can not open folders on my hotmail email account on my phone like I use to

iPhone 5s

If your email account can be set up as IMAP instead of POP, then do it that way - you'll need to delete and re-add it. If you only have POP, that's how it works and you're stuck with it.
