Hi can anyone take me through the steps needed to get this sorted. Want to keep photos on old one then register new one to my account and other to a new account
Will old one keep all apps and other things?
Will new one loaf all old stuff
Please help
You won't be able to do exactly what you want. At least not directly

The only way to keep the photos would be to upload them somewhere and then redownload them once you set the iPad up for the new owner.
Apps aren't tied to a device. they're tied to the Apple ID, so when you set it up for the new owner and they put their ID on there, they'll have to start over with their apps.
