Here it is in document created in pre-Mavericks Pages. Note it is no-longer in Drop-Down (I opened an non-updated Pages from document created pre-Mavericks update and it moved it into the new Pages...)... It is the one with the faded edges. Great for fading images in and out... (example is 4 images I faded/merged together.) I am not happy... How to restore that fav Picture Frame, anyone?

I had just uploaded Maverick and had not though to look in Applications (thinking the new Pages had overwritten the old...).

It (Pages) now seems less intuitive. I thought I was lost in PC world when I first opened the new Pages...
Anything else crappy you've found (i.e., doesn't count # of characters in text, etc.) that I can gripe about so they'll be more likely to fix/restore?

That particular frame was an add on for Pages 08 and 09. As far as I remember it wasn't one of the default frames.
Because I have a fresh install of Pages '09 in Mountain Lion, I am pretty sure mine is as delivered.
The vignette frame is No 9 of 11 frames.

I think it was Peggy who found them at one time from this free installer.
Yes, they are all in the Pages application, just not enabled. That installer enables them. I don't remember where I first learned about them.
