remote viewing of iPad screen

I have a 71 year old grandmother-in-law that has a ipad mini non-ret 16 gb wifi, sometimes she runs into an issue and for me it is help full to see the screen. I have had her take a screen shot, but sometimes that does not always give me the full scope of what is going on, or she will need help to set something up or change a setting. So how can I remotely view her ipad screen from a different ios device or imac. She is in Michigan and I am in Florida, thus why I would like to know if there is something out there like this. Thanks!

iPad, iOS 7.0.4

I can seriously relate to this. I gave my senior citizen mother an IPad to make life simpler for her since a desktop was way to much for her to manage day to day. At least on the desktop I could get her to let me use a remote view to see what she was doing so I could explain how to do something. My mother just doesn't have the technical competence or patience to use the most basic electronic devices. I seriously thought about other tablets that allow this but I figured apple is suppose to be the easiest for people to use. Having no way to see what she sees has become a serious issue with the device and she is now opting not to use it because it is hard for her to figure out how to do what she wants.
