Just got an ipad and can't open the SIM Card slot - is it meant to be spring loaded - as it comes with a little tool that you poke in the hole, but it will not pop out any help please?

You have to push the tool into that hole with some force. Don't worry about breaking anything.

See if a unbent paper clip will fit. If not you can use a pin or sewing needle.
