How to fix viber showing 1 new message icon when there are none
Hi there
My viber has started showing on the badge app icon that i have 1 new message, even though all my mesages have been opened.
When i click into the app, it shows there is 1 new message from the same contact every time, and when i click into the conversation it does not go away.
If i get a new message from that contact, the badge app will change to "2" but once opened will remain back at "1".
Sometimes when i am in the converstaion, it will say there are unread messages below, but i cannot scroll down any further.
I have have updated to the latest version of the app, but this did not help and i do not want to delete the entire conversation history.
