When I insert my CD Scanner software, it won't load up. Eventually ejects. What have I done wrong. The DVD player works fine.
I am running OSX 10.9.1. I am having problems with my Epson Flat bed scanner. I want to re install the software for it. When I insert the CD, it doesn't load up. I tried the same thing with the CD software for my HP all in one and that won't load up either. I inserted a DVD and the DVD player works fine. What am I doing wrong?
