What is the best speaker for an iPod touch (5th gen)?

I am looking to buy a good speaker for my iPod touch 5th generation! I am willing to spend up to the 200-250$ range but prefer a little bit cheaper. I listen to pop, hip-hop, and electronic/dance music if that helps at all!

iPod touch, iOS 7.0.4

Tough to say... it's very personal what one person likes in sound another will hate. I would go to stores that sell what your looking at or listen to what friends have and give them a listen, then make your purchase. Just make sure what ever you buy is comparable with your iPod and it's iOS. Me personally, I look for something with a flat tone and sharp bass, tinny or sweet speakers make me nuts! Hope this helps, Good luck.

Are you looking for something portable, or speakers for at home? Portable that little BOSE speaker is nice, don't remember the model, but it's pocket sized reasonable sound. For home you don't have enough money, there it's old school Klipsch Kg4 and Quartets paired to Carver amps... will blow the walls off if your not careful! Good luck.
