iPhone 5c screen loose, not happy

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? The screen makes a clicking noise when little pressure is applied and I've had the phone for about 3 weeks, and since then it's only fallen once on the backside from a very small height. I had a 4 before this and with the many times I had dropped it not once did it crack or get damaged minus a few minor scratches.
