I am getting an error code for the www.shopathome.com ( I know don't need to be on there!) but its bothering me that only this computer cannot access it.? Internet is run thru a windows 8 Server.
Any ideas what could be causing it?

Thank you for your help...I know all my browsers work at home, just not here at work...I don't know it just quit working one day!
I tried clearing all cache and cookies all that stuff and I just tried what you gave me to no avail.
Try this DNS.
Open System Preferences > Network > Advanced > DNS
Click + and type:
208.67.222.222
Click + again and do the same.
208.67.220.220
Click OK.
Quit and relaunch Safari then try that site. I can access that site no problem.

I would first delete your cookies for that site. Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy and click on "Cookies and other website data, and click on "Details." Look for the cookies for that site. Delete all of those, close the pane and immediately quit Safari. Restart after a few seconds, and try the site again. Any better?

Select the Lookup tab and paste into the address field (command-V). Press return. Post the output that appears below – the text, please, not a screenshot.
Step 2
Select the Ping tab and do the same. Please enter the same input as you did in Step 1. Don't use the output of Step 1 as input to Step 2.
Important Note
Some web browsers and mail clients will automatically convert a domain name such as "www.example.com" to a clickable URL, such as http://www.example.com. That will interfere with the test. If necessary, edit the input in the Network Utility window to remove any added characters.

Is this right?
Do you get the 403 error when trying to load the home page of that site? Or are you trying to access some other page?
Just that page, is the only problems ever. Really weird
Your address may have been blocked on the server. If so, you might be able to evade the block by restarting your cable or DSL modem to get a new address. That doesn't always happen, though.
Yes I even tried that too didn't work....its such a weird deal, so now I wonder since the ethernet goes thru the server if its the server that blocking it.
Do you have to connect through the proxy, or can you bypass it?

But whats weird if I use like www.hidemyass.com then I can get thru?
