My iphone has just hit the ground so hard and it is not working can anyone please tell if it's going to be ok?

Try a reset. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons until you see the Apple logo (if you can) and release. If you cannot, then it is proabably damaged beyone repair. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar at Apple or the Authorized Apple Service Provider to see about a replacement. You can purchase an out of warranty replacement at a reduced price, since this is user damage.
