Where are the layout break and the section adjustments?

I'm so frustrated. I needed to make this test today, but all of the layout tools I use seem to have disappeared from the new Pages. I need Layout break (which I can see if I create the test in Word and then open it in Pages, but I can create them myself). I'd really like to have the section adjustments that '09 had. What makes me really mad, is that I've got '09 on my Mac Pro, and I can open my templates and use them, but NOTHING will save. Help. I'm going to get in so much trouble if I can't get this test ready and to print by Wednesday.
