i have this error when updating itunes any advice.
Running Windows 7 Home Premium.....

An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.

If you have an entry in the programs and feature for iCloud you can repair it from there, otherwise visit iCloud Control Panel (not for Vista) running the iTunesSetup file again might fix it as it contains iCloud 2.1.3 for Vista.
