Upgrade to Mavericks slowed my 2008 mac book down

Hi everyone,


I ve upgraded my MacBook Pro to Mavericks and now it is extremly slow.

It takes forever to boot and even longer to open my mails.

I had absolutely no problem whatsoever before.

Processor 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

Memory 2 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB


Please help someone....

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1), MacBook Pro 2008
