Thanks tt2 - solved my problem also.
Thank you!!!
Same problem, already used hours to rectify this problem. Apple please don't issue upgrades that is not working.
This solved my problem too. I had been on the web trying different solutions proposed, but your post solved everything flawlessly. Thank you very much!
Thanks turingtest2. Your solution worked for me.
I have the same and I HATE this ... whyyyy do these updates allways destroy my day? I hate it.
I had the same problem I did a system restore to the prior day. Uninstalled all of the Apple stuff as recommended in the order recommended. Then I restarted the computer and do the install still can't get it to work. For some reason when I recovered to the prior day the iTunes program still would not work so now I'm without iTunes. I spent three hours on this yesterday with no resolution.
Some unlucky people have had to work through the repair steps more than once before they were successful, but perseverance paid off.

Tks now working
Incredible.... it worked. After 3 hours I have now got my iTunes and iCloud back AND my shared calendar does work again. This is almost as a dream. Thanks (omg I hate PC/Apple problems)...
:-)
This worked for me too! Thank you very much!
This solved my problem as well. thank you
I agree, so far no luck with the "help" from Apple. Will now try to follow the steps I found on this forum (am a bit scared to do so, so will try another reset of the system first) but unfortunately my sunday has been ruined by this "lovely" update from Apple. I do not understand why they do not test the updates properly for windows before they send them into the world 😠😟
