MXL Desktop Recording Kit

Does anyone have any experience with this mic and preamp?
I am looking to purchase a good quality mic to record lectures
for my online courses.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I don't have any experience with the kit but I do have a MXL mic. I have been using it for about a year and am very pleased with sound and quality especially for the price. Highly recommended.

Another mic you may want to conceder is the Samson usb mic.

These mics are a good value. You get a decent mic for the $ you pay.

I love to buy 20 at a time and rip the circuit out and replace it with a better circuit design...it's my hobby!
