Can anyone help
My iPhone 5s has turned off and will not turn back on. It won't charge or turn on when plugged into the computer.
Anybody got an ideas

If the battery was completely drained it may take a little while before the iPhone responds. Plug it into the charger that came with it and plug that into a known good wall outlet. Wait one hour. Then reset your phone. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart.
If the phone restarts continue to charge the phone until it is at 100%.
If it will not restart Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.
Yes! My iPhone 5S would not turn on either and I followed the directions other people posted and it worked! I was sure the battery WASN'T dead because I still had some charge to it!

This has worked for me before but this time it isn't. Do you think my phone is completely done?
I hope not. Try plugging it in to the computer it's tied to and let it charge/refresh from there and then try the buttons after a while.
I reset my 5s exactly as suggested and Viola....magic. Solved as suggested....thank you...thank you
This worked for me as well.My phone was actually charged but for some reason the screen just went dark and not even charging got it up.Anyway,its back on thanks to Google and you.Thanks
