My iPhone 5s won't turn on or charge

I'm so glad I read all these posts. Does anyone know if Apple are doing anything about this? I've had my 5s for about 2 months and this has happened continuously since.

I have tried to press the home and on/off buttons at the same time and nothing happend,

Also I left my phone at charging more than 7 hours but still nothing happens.

The screen stays blank despite all those efforts.

Please is any other method to wake up my IPHONE (5S)

Thank you thank you the reset has worked , I'm guessing this must be a common problem as I've only had my 5s a week after I dunked my 5 in a bowl of water and it died!

This happened to me, and I booked in to go to the genius bar then thought id google it and this came up- held down both buttons and its on! you guys are the genius's thank you all!!! 🙂🙂🙂

My phone is full battery but subddenly it turned off. I tried doing what you post , till now it wont open.
