Maps should be downloaded so that it can be used without Internet ?

Maps should be downloadable so that it can be used in remote places and that to without internet as it was in Nokia smartphones. Also locations & places can be saved wherever we go, but this option is also not provided in maps....! Pls refer Nokia maps for improvement which will make iPhone a undoubted SMARTPHONE EVER...!
