Sure, but your warranty/support will only be valid in the US, the phone won't support LTE in India, & by the time you pay US taxes & then import duties, you most likely won't save any money.

Be aware, in the US, only Apple sells officially unlocked iPhones. They cannot be purchased anywhere else.
Remember what I told you about warranty/support...no one will help you in any way, with a US iPhone, in India.

and 1 more question... If lile there is any problem in software or some other problem... can people at apple store help me? there completely no help.. my mates bought there iphone from usa.. they get help from apple people in here... CONFUSED

What don't you understand about the fact you will have NO WARRANTY OR SUPPORT for a US iPhone in India?
I would advice you to purchase an iphone from India itself provided you haven't purchased one from there till now.
It costs around 47500 here with 1 year replacement warranty.
And if you still feel like getting it here then yes, it will work without any issues.
As far as help from Apple store is concerned they don't repair Apple phones whic haven't been bought from India even if you offer them money. You are at the discretion of local repair shops then.
