Does new Mac Pro 6,1 GPU use ECC memory?

In the online marketing webpages for the new Mac Pro, Apple is careful to point out that they use ECC memory for RAM. They don't mention specifically that the D300, D500, D700 GPUs also use ECC VRAM. Anyone know for sure?

Anandtech says that the family can be equipped with ECC capability, but the cards used in the MacPro 6,1 do NOT.

Despite the FirePro brand, these GPUs have at least some features in common with their desktop Radeon counterparts. FirePro GPUs ship with ECC memory, however in the case of the FirePro D300/D500/D700, ECC isn’t enabled on the GPU memories.
