please some body help me,.u found iphone4s when i go home,.and i fixed it,my friend technician tried to reformat but still there is a email address that linked in iphone,so i can't use it,.i dobt know who's the owner of this iphone.,can u please help me.,any suggestion please,,,!!thanksl

You can't. Without the assistance of the owner it cannot be reactivated and used. It's useless to you, turn it into the police so the can find the rightful owner.

The only way the phone can be unlocked is by the owner.

Take the phone to the Police, the owner can track the phone anyway, it's best you take it to them, before they come for you.
