Viber's app continuously crashing???

I have had viber on my computer for about a month and all was well, this morning I recieved a call from my mom and I noticed when i would reply her she wouldn't hear me or kept saying "hello" over and over. Thinking this was a microphone glitch (skype also gets them sometimes) I simply restarted the program. When I tried to reopen it I would keep getting this message:

After clicking reopen the app would immediately close and i would get this message:

User uploaded file

I have done everything I can think of, restarting my system, restarting the program itself. I've even gone as far as to unistall the program and attempted to reinstal, I only got far enough to click the program again and I recieve the message above! Please help!!! This program has been very helpful to my family and I in the past.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

I have this same problem. I was on Maverick when i started experiencing this problem with my viber and Airtel Internet software. I reinstalled both softwares. upgraded to Yosemite, did a clean install again of Yosemite, still the same problem. It is really frustrating as i rely heavily on my modem for internet and viber communicating. Someone please help.
