Keynote update to 6.1 Issue - Please Advise

App Store shows Keynote is available to update to 6.1 (I am currently running 6.01). However, when I select update I keep getting a warning stating "An error has occurred". (An included explanation would be nice.)

I did notice that it appears as if the update may be in process? (See pic below). Not sure. I do know I can open both versions of Keynote: '09 v 5.3 & 6.01

Not sure what to do.

Please advise.

This is on my Mac Mini running Mavericks 10.9.1

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

Maybe Apple made it so they didn't require a call in. I was able to update pages, numbers, keynote and iMovie today. Thank you to you both for your insight. I appreciate the guidance.
