Issue with Intermittent internet connectivity
I have been having issues with my time capsule intermittently loosing my internet connection. The time capsule is connected to a comcast cable modem via the WAN port and the time capsule is the network router (DHCP & NAT). The time capsule has also been updated to the newest firmware available.
The time capsule seems to loose its connection to the internet every 5 minutes or so. The internet connection will sometimes come back after another 5-10 minutes (or more) or immediately after the time capsule has been restarted. The outage affects all connected devices (wired & wireless) and according to Airport Utility the light for the internet turns orange but the time capsule light stays green. During the outage I still have full network access and a strong wireless signal but just no internet.
Note, I have tried directly connecting a computer to the internet (bypassing the time capsule) and the internet connection appears to work fine.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to resolve this?
