Bootcamp Windows 7 GTA IV 64MB of video ram

Ok, so here's the issue. I have a late 2011 MacBook Pro. I have OS X Mt. Lion running and bootcamp Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. I'm trying to run GTA IV and whenever the game loads it only shows 64MB of video memory. I have 8GB of ram total. When I am on OS X it shows a total of 512MB video memory. I have researched problem extensively. I know the difference between dedicated and shared ram. I have tried solving this from the GTA side and have installed the last patch (1.0.7.0) and I have uninstalled the Rockstar Social Club. I know the integrated Intel 3000 graphics aren't great, but I have had this running in the past. I have tried the driver with bootcamp and I have installed the latest driver from Intel. No luck.

I used to have this working until I had to reinstall my OS X and Windows. I seem to vaguely remember this issue in the past, however that was a year and a half ago so I dont remember what the solution was. I have even tried increasing the size of the virtual memory in Windows. I think its up to something like 15-20GB now. Absurd I know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
