How do I sync my iCal with 2Do App?

I copied the info exactly as the help section in the app wrote it...

The app 2Do is asking for me to enter in URL field: the machine name / IP address beginning with http:// or https://

For example: http://192.168.0.10 (I tried this whith my macs IP address and it timed out) or https://cal.myserver.com:443 (where do I find the end numbers?)

It also suggests I can enter ':<port>' and the app will try to connect with a default
