Can't reinstall OS X Mavericks

I deleted my hard drive by accident and when I goto the OS X Utilities in the load screen and Try to reinstall the maverick software. It brings up a error saying to try again later. Any help?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

Not sure this will work, but try:

Use Internet Recovery by pressing Command + Option + R while booting up. You should get a spinning globe. Once in the Utilities, choose to erase the drive (I know it's erased already, but you normally need to do this in order for it to reinstall the original OS version); after erasing, make sure it's formatted correctly and then hit Reinstall Mac OS X. That will hopefully reinstall the original OS.

It sounds like you are having problems connecting to download the Mavericks installer.

Hold down the Command-R keys and restart your computer. This puts you in the recovery drive where you can select to install Mavericks.

If you already have the Install OS X Mavericks installer, simply run to install over your current install.

While there should be no data loss, it's always recommended that you backup your data first. Use Time Machine or clone your drive using either SuperDuper. or CCC. Both are free to clone your drive.

You won't get a home screen if you deleted everything on your hard drive. I'm assuming you are getting to the recovery screen. There may be a problem with Apple's servers or something may be amiss with your hard drive.

The easiest way out would be to boot from your bootable backup and clone your system back.

When I do what you said it brings the same error. It verifies it with apple then it says "An error occurred while preparing the installation. Try running this application again".

I was also checking at some stuff in the disk utility and when I tried to verify the apple HDD media disk it gave me a error in red saying the partition map needs to be repaired because there is a problem with the EFL system partition file system and when I repair the disk it says live file system repair is not supported. Maybe this could be the problem any idea how to fix it?
