Slow WebDAV
After upgrading to Mavericks server from Mountain Lion, WebDAV has slowed down to a crawl. Client access was very zippy in Mountain Lion Server. I'd estimate Mavericks at 10% of the speed. Is this a known bug?

Logs?
There are no error messages in the logs, just the normal WebDAV transactions. The only difference from Mountain Lion is that they are being processed very slowly. Has anyone else tried this? I use it to sync my OmniFocus database and that's gotten really slow the minute I upgraded.
There's nothing in the Apache error log?
Correct, nothing in
/var/log/apache2/error_log
Other network services perform normally?
Yes
Is anything logged on the clients, for example about webdavfs? Do you have more than one client, and if so, are they all the same?
Nothing logged, webdavfs. I do have multiple clients (iPhone, iPad, Mac) as it contains my OminFocus database.
If you only use the server with that one application, then you don't know whether the problem is in the application or the server. I suggest you test in the Finder by copying a large file to and from the server.
same problem here.
connecting to my old server mac os x 10.5.8 in no way.
connecting to 10.9 server from the same client is not only very slow, it also behaves very strange.
is there a manual how to set up webdav correct on server 10.9?
