I was calling the apple support but I'm Just doing nothing I dont se help, They dont know how to see the Apple IDs used in my stolen Ipad mini even if is registered in my name on the system, somebody know something about it?

The only way to track an iOS device is through find my iPhone.
If you did not activate it on the device before it was stolen, you are out of luck.
There is nothing Apple can do for you.
