The Store will not have seen the changed URL, only that the original was offline for a time, so you shouldn't have any problem. As your podcast does not yet appear in the Search results and you haven't given the Store page URL I can't check this for you, but you can do so yourself buy subscribing from the 'Subscribe' button on the Store page. If your podcast appears in the 'Podcasts' section in iTunes and downloads your episode, then all is well.

'nintentalkXD' produces no result, though I wouldn't expect it to since the title of the podcast is 'Nintentalk Radio - Nintentalk Radio': however it does turn up under the different title 'Newest Nitendo Podcast! - Nintentalk Radio'. The Store page URL is

https://itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast/newest-nintendo-podcast!-nintentalk/id810888 871?mt=2

Evidently you've changed the title recently. Subscribing works and is using the feed you linked to above so all is well. The Store will change the title to the current one when it gets round to checking the feed.
