RenWeb
My son's school uses RenWeb and I cannot receive e-mails sent by staff and teachers when they send it through RenWeb. Has anyone encountered this problem and were you able to resolve it?

I knew my provider was not blocking the sender as I would receive it on my computer. So I did a simple thing and that was to add renweb to my contacts list and I am now able to receive e-mails. Thank you for posting a suggestion as a solution.
