No Internet Connection OSX 10.6.8
Ok guys, I really am at my wits end.
I bought a 15 inch Macbook about a year ago and my old macbook got put in the cubboard since then. I was planning on cleaning it out and giving it to my brother. However i booted it up yesterday and there's a notification saying "No internet Connection" up in the top right corner.
I've tried resetting my router
- Deleting plist files (Couldn't find them, folder called "systemconfigurations" doesnt exist on this laptop.
- Manually assigning an IP
- Deleting it from the preferences pane and re-adding it
- unchecking PASV in proxies menu
My router is ok as I'm surfing the net no problem on my other Macbook Pro.
Please help!!
