how do you add a page to a 2 page newsletter template

I used the basic newsletter template and have two pages and now I need more. I use to use Microsoft Publisher and it was easy to add pages in the same format as a previous page. I cannot find out how to do this on pages. I tried a previous users suggestion to go to the bottom of the page and hit return a few times but that didn't work in the newsletterl template. The bottom right has a picture place holder anyway. Very frustrated.

Try placing the insertion pointer at the end of the bottommost text on the page and selecting Insert > Page Break. That works with the Simple Newsletter prior to any changes.

So, I have picture and text boxes on this page. I moved my cursor after the last picture and hit Insert but the Page Break is grayed out as not an option to select? I tried moving my cursor into a text box and in the footer and the same thing happened.

Try this. Position/scroll to the last/second page. Select Setup (gear) at top/right and in the Section tab open the Create a new section dropdown and select After This Section. That appends a new page for me.

When I go to the Section tab there is no Creat a new section. I did however find that I can hit Insert on the top left and then Section when I was on the last page and it added 2 blank pages with headers and footers. Thanks for helping!

I think the Newspaper template has no Document body.

ie It is a Layout template.

In Pages 3.1 the Create a new section dropdown is at the bottom of the screen (for some reason).
