I have a me.com e-mail. My e-mail was hijacked and my contacts were used to send scam mails. I lost all of my contacts addresses and my previous e-mails. Can someone give me the way to recuperate my contacts and e-mails?

If you've been using Time machine, you can recover your contacts as explained in my post here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5080788?answerId=22167245022#22167245022. You can recover email from time machine as explained here: http://pondini.org/TM/15m.html.
