Hi i buy gift cards in Austria but i am from Slovakia, and now is not possible yous card. Is possible change or somthing else???

You won't be able to use them, all iTunes gift cards are country-specific, they can only be redeemed and used in their country of issue. Do you know anybody in Austria that you could sell or give the cards to ? If not then you might be able to sell them on sites such as ebay etc.
