Apple has absolutely no control over the locking/unlocking of iPhones. It is, and always has been controlled by the cellular provider.

As stated, only the cellular provider controls the lock/unlock state. The only way to unlock the phone is to contact Orange Spain and determine their unlocking policy, and if you qualify.

you still make excuses operators but I think you are the ones that make these traps and you are the ones who afterward money each you unlock cheats you know things are very simple once the contract has expired subscriber and the phone is paid and all correct is expired warranty is expired and maintenance you know this phone is now solely on that subscriber is not operator has to you this phone is its music and you or the operator must keep it announces after all ITEC and correct automatically release these phones here it will be correctly
