IOS 7 removed airplay from my Iphone 4

My iphone 4 has been updated from IOS 6 to IOS 7.0.4. I no longer have the airplay option when playing music on my phone. However, airplay works on my pc and with an itouch. I have an airport express connected to my home wireless network that I am trying to access with my phone. I have updated the firmware on my airport express and it does not help. My phone and airport express have been reset. Any suggestions or will IOS 7.0.4 not support airplay on my iphone 4?
