Icloud is synched to the wrong apple ID and the password was unknown to me, after answering the security questions I was able to reset it. Now when I try to login on my ipad to delete the icloud associated to that apple ID it keeps telling me its wrong?

Icloud is synched to the wrong apple ID and the password was unknown to me, after answering the security questions I was able to reset it. Now when I try to login on my ipad to delete the icloud associated to that apple ID it keeps telling me its wrong?

I bought a new Ipad and backup all my info form ym old one to my itunes. I set it up but now for soem reason by icloud on my new ipad is set up an old apple ID account I have never used. After answering security questions I was able to reset my password but when i try to use it on my new ipad to delete hte icloud it keeps telling me its wrong.

Any way I can go around it or is there another process I need to do before the ipad starts recognizing hte new password I set for the old apple Id account?

It sounds like the new iPad, had a previous owner. If you don't recognize the email for the Apple ID on your iPad, then it was registered to another person.

If it was, you can't use it and should return it.

I have a case like this. I am part of a corporate and one of my user entered a wrong apple id to secure iCloud. it was a mistake. I sent a new ipad to the user but how can I reuse the original ipad if it is associated to a wrong apple id ?

Gather up proof that the corporation owns the iPad (purchase receipt with serial number, etc)

and that you represent the corporation, and take both sets of proof and the iPad to Apple Panama

where they may assist you. If purchased through a reseller, you will have to deal with the

reseller.
