Hello,
I send out weekly emails using the "last email" list of BCC addresses. It seems to have just disappeared from all my emails and is grayed out when I go to select it. Can anyone help?

Try this:
Change Mail Preferences / Viewing to "Custom" header detail (and make sure BCC is included in the list). I'd also click "Show Details" in the upper-right-hand corner of e-mails that give you that option. (That's good in another way as well: it allows you to see when you have duplicate e-mails.)

Does this happen only in Sent, or is it an issue in all of your mailboxes? If only Sent, you could try rebuilding that mailbox. If it happens in all your mailboxes, see the following articles:

The OS X Daily article also discusses rebuilding your mailbox. If you reindex, Mail may say it's importing messages, but it's really just rebuilding its database.
Please let me know if rebuilding or reindexing fixes the issue.

View menu lets you customize BCC's visibility.
Are you using any system cache cleaning tools? These can adversely affect Apple's applications.
The worst of these is MacKeeper, whose uninstaller doesn't work, and you need to follow these directions to remove:
Does it show up when you're creating a new message? For me, BCC and CC are only visible when I'm creating a new message.
OK. So BCC has disappeared again. Last time, I shut everything down and it worked again, but this time, no luck. Neither menu nor the "Option Comman B" helped last time nor this time.
Any other suggestions?

Yes, CC and BCC show up when I create a new message. The problem is I don't see the 200+ BCC addresses in the old messages I sent so cannot continue to (reply all and) send messages using that format.

Are you running 10.8.5, or some version of 10.6? If 10.8.5, I can ask this post be moved to the right forum.

Yes, I have already tried that. It does not show me the BCC addresses, just a string of code that does not correlate to email addresses.
