Feb 10, 2014 12:01 PM in response to Pyt31by Michael Black,★HelpfulIf you look at the terms of use, no, you cannot sell apps or content - http://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html For one thing, you do not own the app, you merely purchased a license to use it.
Your license allows for you to use the app on your own devices or devices you control. the section LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT explicitly states
"You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, transfer redistribute, or sublicense the Licensed Application and, if you sell your Mac Computer or iOS Device to a third party, you must remove the Licensed Application from the Mac Computer or iOS Device before doing so."
