My snapchat will only work when i have wi fi, i have 3g internet but snapchat will not work with it although my other apps are working fine with 3g. any ideas whats wrong? its an iphone 4

Try going to Settings>Cellular>see if you have "Use Cellular Data For" turned on for Snapchat.
