When i am using google maps on my ipad, there is particular area, in that map that i want to annotate draw circles , mark up some area. and send a mail about it.
how do i do that.?

i have seen this kind of annotation, done on google maps, on Samsung tablet( latest,whichever it is) i felt apple could do everything better, what Samsung could do...but maybe in this case, its Google who is not providing the option!!
Google does not offer that capability in the google map app.
You would need to find an app or find a way to export to PDF and use an app to make annotations.
Yes, the Google Maps app is a Google product. Apple has nothing to do with it.

Google is responsible for any app that they put out.
They have withheld features from iOS versions before.
Take a screenshot of the map by tapping the Home and power buttons at the same time. Open the screenshot in a program such as Skitch which will let you annotate and share the results.
